Thank you for the answer but i think you misunderstand. I just explained the bug to point out where my problem stems from. It doesn't matter if the bug is fixed or not since it will not help me at all. Even if its fixed tomorrow and the items stop disappear after relog I still will have to make the same topic here in the forum to GM for the missing items that took 1 year to collect. So i'm posting my problem at the exact place i should just like before: https://forum.uwow.biz/threads/pocket-pet-portal.299060/
The only question is will GM provide the missing 6 items for my main char. The other solution i thought of is to start farming it again on alt chat little by little that will take again 1 year. As you see its kind of weird and time consuming.

Hello. No, no one will give you items. You contact the bug tracker, describe the problem to the testers, they check it and if the bug is confirmed, they send it to the developers for fixing. After the problem is fixed, you re-collect all the items (possibly with another character, since it is not a fact that they can fall on the current one a second time).
