Hello, last year I donated for my rogue Aiena for some legendaries and items, can I get a refund in tokens so I can buy gear for my other characters? Thank you in advance!

Hello. No you can't.
You can try to return items to special vendor that can take items back and return 70% of the items cost, but not all items can be returned this way.
