Had'orn Title

Hello,
I killed Had'orn several times already and got the title [Name, Famed Slayer of Had'orn] today but never got the Title for killing him the first time [Name , Soul Savior]
Is there something I did wrong or is it just bugged?
Already wrote a bug report about it but got no answer so I will write it here too in case someone can help me and give me the other Achievement/Title if possible.
