"This Side Up" Achievement doesn't give the artifact Appearance

Hello, I bought the achievement "This Side Up" on my character "Dabeast-uwowx100" and it hasn't given me any appearances, I would like to be refunded the outrageous amount of tokens it costed seeming how it doesn't unlock the only thing the achievement is for, thanks.

Hello. Provide a full screenshot, not cropped. What would be visible line with all the colors of the artifact.

I have to crop some out or it says file too big, and that isn't how donations should work. If I buy and achievement for an appearance it should unlock the appearance, not still be gated. I would still like a refund seeming how I bought it thinking I would get the appearance (like how Freakz did it). And I am not able to complete the class hall campaign seeming how i'm locked my exp 102 twink. You guys need to update your vendors information.

Everything works according to the official server. Until you complete the Class Hall campaign and obtain the base artifact skin, the purchased artifact will remain unavailable. Below is an example from the official server:

Again, you should include that somewhere in the donation for the achievement that you must have the campaign complete, I would like a refund seeming how I did not know this and I cannot complete the campaign.
